Out of the War Diary of 62th British Anti-Tank Regiment:
"25.2.1945. 11.25 hours. Typhoon crashed in sea at Map References
489455, pilot not seen."

Por. Spakowicz Sergiusz left Coltishall with Spitfire EN 367, code RF-R for an armoured 
reconaissance over the Netherlands. 
He has been hit near Den Haag by German flak and crashed at 11.25 hours in the river 
"het Zijpe" between the island of Schouwen-Duiveland and the peninsula of Sint Philisland.  
The aircraft is never been found in the river.
