Killed during the action "Bodenplatte". In the morning of Januari 1st
1945 the German "Luftwaffe" carried out a last desperate attack on a 
number of Allied airfields. 

On the airfield of Sint-Denijs-Westrem (B 61) five Polish Airmen 
lost their lives.
