Ppor. Wróblewski Henryk flew with Miles Martinet I nr. MS 659 for training 
of antiaircraft artillery. 

On 17.45 hours the aircraft lost power and crashed in the surroundings of Walton, Essex.
Ppor.  Wróblewski Henryk was killed and  LAC Walter Frederik Fowles (RAF) 
was killed as well.
