On 24 March 1941, por. pil. Mielcarek Józef was delivering Hurricane, Z4176, 
to RAF Pengam Moors (Cardiff) from RAF Hulavington (England). 
Due to bad weather he became lost in fog/low cloud and crashed into a hillside 
near Llanwonno, South Wales.
